1) SKILL TRANSFER TO SINGLE WOMEN
We held the opening ceremony for the 17th batch of training on April 16th, 2025. Although the number of trainees is fewer than expected, we warmly welcomed 11 women. Unfortunately, a few others were unable to join due to family circumstances.

These selected women will have the opportunity for skill transfer through a 2-to-3-month full-time tailoring training program at our Ghachowk center. They will receive free training, daily meals, training materials, and counseling sessions to empower them towards financial independence.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Namaste Foundation, Netherlands, and especially to Hilde Bleijswijk, for their wonderful partnership in helping to transform the lives of over 300 single women and many underprivileged children in Nepal since 2009, a collaboration that continues to flourish.

2) WISHING OUR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ALL THE BEST!
As our exceptional high school students—Ganga, Jamuna, and Monica—prepare to take their Grade 12 final examinations, and our diligent Grade 11 students—Bikash and Susan—ready themselves for their upcoming exams next week, we want to extend our heartfelt best wishes.

May your hard work, dedication, and confidence guide you to success. Remember to stay calm, stay focused, and believe in yourselves; you’ve got this!

Good luck to all of you! We are incredibly proud of you.
3) BIRTHDAY EVENING AND PARTNER’S VISIT
On April 12th, 2025, we proudly came together to celebrate the birthday of our dedicated House Mother, Nitu, with a memorable dinner evening. It was a wonderful occasion to honor her unwavering care, leadership, and commitment to all of us.

The evening was filled with joy, laughter, and heartfelt gratitude. We shared delicious food, created beautiful memories, and expressed our appreciation for Nitu’s inspiring presence in our lives.

We would like to thank Tuuli Vikstedt, Director of Wind of Change International, for supporting the organization of this event and for the 1.5 decades of wonderful partnership in helping to transform lives through the children’s home support program. Your love, care, and support are always appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who made this celebration special. Here’s to many more moments of togetherness!
4) AMAZING EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY TO JAPAN
We are incredibly proud to share the wonderful news about our daughter, Deumaya Thapa, as she embarks on her inspiring educational journey to Japan. Her dedication and hard work have opened new doors for her, and we are thrilled to see her take this exciting step toward her bright future.

Deumaya’s journey is a source of pride and motivation for all of us, and we look forward to witnessing her continue to grow, learn, and achieve her dreams.
Congratulations, Deumaya! Your perseverance and spirit inspire us all. We wish you the very best as you begin this remarkable chapter.

We are grateful for your love and support and look forward to celebrating this beautiful union. Wishing the newlyweds a lifetime filled with happiness, love, and cherished memories.
